Shreya Muley

Shreya Muley is an independent writer and artist living in Goa, India. She experiments with hybrid writing forms, inviting dialogue between textual interpretation and visual perception. Her notebooks house most of her first drafts, ideas, and meaning-making of her psyche in relation to worldly reality. Shreya’s formative years in Indore and brief seasons across several rural towns of Madhya Pradesh nurtured her instincts to observe, reflect and create. In her professional practice, she has explored feature journalism, non-fiction publishing, strategic communications and transmedia storytelling for cultural impact. Her artistic practice is rooted in the interplay between absence and presence; engaging with what is seen and unseen, remembered and forgotten. She enjoys pathfinding, natural symbolism and synchronicity.
